Whether you are buying or selling a home, we strongly feel that you are entitled to professional service every step of the way . At CENTURY 21 Manasco Realty we will give you our pledge in writing. If you are not satisfied with our service and we do not correct the problem within 10 days notification, then we will release your listing contract agreement. We also pledge to furnish you with a Competitive Market Analysis and a marketing plan on your property. For the seller, we have included the Service Pledge below.

1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001
We are proud to display the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Award we received for
1998 thru 2000.
Less than 15% of the CENTURY 21 offices receive the annual award which is based on
buyer/seller response to surveys direct mailed by the CENTURY 21 SYSTEM after the close of
each transaction.
